Actual Learning aims to provide a range of services, designed to support our learners with the best possible outcome for their learning. With our unique style of delivery, learners will receive structured support, giving them the tools to help with their development and progression.
We aim to provide a Bespoke learning progamme, giving the participant a more practical approach to their learning. Participants are supported in developing their ability levels in Maths and English, as well as other areas of support.
Via our mentoring programme, our aim is to support participants with a range of counselling techniques, to improve mental well-being. These participants learn to develop their self esteem, confidence and help develop more trusting relationships.
At Actual Learning, our interventions cater for participants with a range of support that deals with, physical aggression, persistent disruptive behaviour, drug use, etc. Our aim is to dig deep into the root core of why the participant behaves in such a way. Home visits and School visits, as initial points of contact, are used as part of our assessment criteria. This provides us with the finer details about why the participant has reached the stage of where they are at.
We support participants in larger groups to accomodate a range of topics. Working with other organisations, we cover topics such as financial literacy, problem solving skills, interpersonal communication, fitness analysis, critical thinking and job interview skils. Although predominantly working with secondary aged particpants, we work flexibly with older age groups also.
With a background in football and education, Rehan Mirza qualified as European Licenced football coach and tutor, and has set his sights on supporting learners with a platform to develop their learning. Such participants range from secondary aged learners to post secondary aged learners.
